This year's drum workshop will be led by Heidi Wert on buckets. Heidi Beth Wert is co-director along with Dr. Leo Hartshorn of the Drumming for Peace Project which consists of 7 programs. A graduate of Hunter College NYC, dually certified as a master's level social worker and dance/movement therapist, has performed in a variety of settings from church gatherings to public vigils, Her work has been reported on and featured in many newspapers and periodicals. She was a member of the drumming ensemble "Commit No Violence" for over 5 years Women's Circle |
